Ordering Information

All our prices are in NZ Dollars and include GST.

Ordering from our site is very simple. Just click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button next to the product you want, and the item will be added to your shopping cart. You can then move on to the next product that you want. You can have a look at your shopping cart at any time by clicking on ‘View Cart’ or on the shopping trolley symbol at the far right of the menu bar at the top of the page. If you wish to remove an item from your cart, there is a small x next to the item – by clicking on this, the item will be removed.

If you are not sure where to find items, just enter the name in the search box in the top right corner of your screen, and let the website find it for you. DMC cottons are now on a drop-down menu so will not show in the search box. Just look under Threads & Cottons on the side menu bar and you will find them there.

Once you have finished your order just click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and enter your address details etc. If you click on the ‘Create an account?’ box then the website will securely save your address details so that you do not have to enter them again when you return to place another order in the future.

We use PayPal and Stripe so you can pay by credit card or debit card. Or you can pay directly into our bank account as details will be emailed to you if you click on that option.  If you pay into our bank account your order will be processed as soon as we see your payment.
