Description
These are square plastic hoops from Nurge of Norway. They are actually rectangular shape as two side are longer than the other two and this shape make it easy to stitch into the corners. They are lightweight and rigid with a sturdy tension screw at the tope which keeps the fabric held nice and firmly.
